The Pawn Assistants are a group of users who will go above and beyond to help anyone who needs it. The moderators often have their hands full dealing with rule breakers or getting rid of spam on the forum. As a Pawn Assistant, your duty will be to give help to those who ask for it. This includes not only in the game, but in the help section.
The Pawn Assistants will also play a roll in reporting rule breakers, but I'll go into more detail of this in our private section.
Just to make a few things clear ahead of time, joining this user group DOES NOT make you any more likely to receive moderator than a member not in this group.
Now, on to the application.
Please copy and paste this application in a new thread, and title the thread with your name and the user group you are applying for, so for example, I would put "SharpY's Pawn Assistants Application."
1.) Are you an active member of the Pawn Community, on the game and the forums?
Yes, I am on both the game itself and the fourms everyday (I do not post on the forum that often I realize that.)
2.) Do you actively help users in the Pawn Community?
Yes I answer questions and can provide help to new people in the game. In the game, I spend most of my time making a 'ClickHere4Help' chat room and help players with things like registration, playing Pawn, using the slash (/) commands like /msg and etc., and giving tips on things like advoiding lag and headshots, camping and such.
3.) If part of your job is asked to be kept secret, can you be trusted to do so?
If you ask me to do that I will but maybe it would be better if it wasnt, depending on how keeping it secret would not help other Pawn users. But I can keep a specific part secret from unauthorized eyes.
5.) Will you handle yourself in a professional manner, no matter the circumstance?
Yes in these kinds of conditions it helps to deal like a professianal because it would help things run more smoothly and faster to solve problems and I can defindently do that.
6.) Are you willing to give up playing time to help users?
I can make the sacrafice to helps others...but I might not like it at first to tell you the truth. It wouldn't be all that different to me.
7.) Did you notice there wasn't a #4?
Yes I did and I'm puzzled as to why their is always one numbered question left out in almost every application.
8.) How old are you? (Don't lie)
I am 20 years of age.
9.) Do you understand what your duty as a Pawn Assistant entails?
Yes I do. It entitles me to use tools to help me provide accurate help to the rest of the Pawn playing commutity.
10.) Why are you interested in becoming a Pawn Assistant?
Because I think there are not enough Assistants around during the day and I am willing to help whenever I am requested to do so.
11.) Do you submit yourself to this user group and all its rules, understanding that breaking said rules will result in being banned for an undetermined amount of time? (Have to scare the noobs away. :] )
Yes, I understand that this user group is a priviledge and not a right and I sumbmit myself to the group and all of its rules and I understand that I could be banned for a very long time for breaking any of the rules.
The Pawn Assistants will also play a roll in reporting rule breakers, but I'll go into more detail of this in our private section.
