why can i not rank

I want to know how to rank. I can not rank. I was told to make a new account. But when I try to do it say's I can not used my same email. on top of that the same guy say's to get 1000 pts. I think I have more then a 1000 pts. and I did not get a higher rank. I do not know what to do.

i have the same problem, i have gotten 500+ points in several games, and when i do '/stats' in the main chatroom it says that i dont have any stats.
