Well, in order to check your rank in-game, just type in /stats. If no stats show up, and you're positive you have reached over 1000 points (each kills is 10 points, each death is -3) then your account is most likely defective. That being said, you'll have to make a new account through the forums. Simply log out of this one, and then hit register. You'll need a new e mail for your new account.

As for the pro pic, you can search the internet for one, or if you want something for your sig, head on over to the Graphics section and request one. You can tell them exactly what you want.
