No, they're not. If you can't rank, then you have to make a new account through the forums. Click Register, then fill in the information. (make sure you're logged out.) You'll also need a new e mail for the account.

well technically they r but if it says "stat tracking is curently down" or something like that then ull hav to make anew account through the forums
