Depends on who you talk to. I would report all hacking/cheating. I would report any MAJOR spamming. Not minor like "OMG LAGGER!!!" I rarely see enough spam during gameplay to justify a report. Swearing not minor stuff like damn. But medium-major use your own judgement. If you want a more detailed explanation talk to a mod.(Always remember you need a screenie or better yet a movie of the hacker, mods rarely ban on word alone)

I'd get all the evidence you can to get them the infractions they deserve, but be weary, as it says if you abuse the report command, you will be banned.

So don't be to strict but take as many screens as possible

2. They can kill you without you even seeing them.(which is mostly caused by lag)
