Well yes, everyone wants to be a Moderator! Well, mostly everyone. I see a better way to distribute Moderator Powers:

Senoir Moderator
All powers designated in-game and on the forum. Overall experienced and eloquent. They will help you hands down.

Forum Moderator
These Moderators have only power on the forum. They can lock topics, Pin them, move topics, delete ones and etc. They will know the Forum well and help you in it. Some experience in-game will also be needed.

In-game Moderators.
As many of us know, in-gamee needs to be Moderated, MUCH more. Here is the good part! In-game moderators won't have power in the forum, but will have some experience in it. They will be a high level in game (e.g. Assassinator) and will know it well. They will have a knowledge of the chat and will moderate it also.

I think this will fully distribute Moderators and make some much deserved people that power. Please comment if you read this. Thanks. :)
