If you are having rank troublea s this is the place to be.
If you cannot rank up or u have no stats this is your solution.
1.make a new account
2.make sure its through the forums though
3.verify your new account
4.KILL KILL KILL
5.rank
it is very simple so do it if u cannot rank
if your stats are frozen they will probly stay that way until u make it to that rank again i think.

Still, this is in FAQs that Foot made, so it would be pointless to sticky it, especially with the poor spelling and grammar.

Exactly, if I was a new player and would have read this then I would still have lots of questions. Can you gives us some proper language? 5 Steps with pretty much 1 word answers isn't a guide. It's not even sentence.

Log out, then click Register and make a new account following the steps. You need another account that was 'pre-made' in the forum.

The mods don't sticky it because it is already mentioned in the FAQ.
It would be pointless sticking something if the guy wanting to ask the question doesn't even check the FAQs!

The FAQ= Frequently Asked Questions...
They should look in this before asking questions.
