ok so i click playpawn and it loads to 100% but then the lil login box just stays hray and theres no space i can log in:(.......can somebody please explain to me wut is wrong or wut i should do????

i tried restarting and refreshing but it doesnt work and i use AOL Explorer and there are no button guides for that on the clear my cache page. Please do u have any more ideas????

also, this all started after they deleted the Active X thing that you had to click on

Step 1: From the 'My AOL' menu, on the AOL toolbar, Click 'Preferences'.
Step 2: Click 'WWW'.
Step 3: Look for the 'Temporary Internet Files'.
Step 4: Click 'Delete Files', then click 'OK'.
Step 5: Cache has been cleared.

clear ur cache like the others said or try restarting ur computer

i believe every browser should have a toolbar LOL.
This is a probz i know about AOL. I always get complaints from my users as well about Frozen logins, broken pages etc..
Has this happened b4 or is it the first time?

Try downloading Firefox or IE?

aww.... never download something called ACtive X, delete that and run a virus scan

By the AOL toolbar, the guide means the menu at the top.

its the first time and doesnt firefox cost something????

also the only toolbars i have r the site toolbar and the bar that says file edit view and all that stuff
