ok so ive never used stocks and i was wondering that if you use stocks are u suposed to cut out the background? or just leave it in.

Leaving it in is better, just distort the background more

You could cut it if you want a render, but leave it it for stocks.

Doesn't matter.

I usually use stocks for effects, textures, or bgs.
