Ok people i have done a lot of research and i got the know how to see the mod pannel im not telling you how to get into it tho that is my lil thing so ill show you how to see it tho

Frist:Enter a game
Second:Click on shot gun 3 times
Third: click the desert egale
Fourth: Unclick both arms
Fifth:Press end twice
Sixth: Quickly look to the top connor to see it for a short second

Nope, but he knows not to.

Anything that deals with pawn and modding/updates should not be discussed with users.
There's a sticky in mod section that says so :)
