I need to find a Flash Animator... for my pictures, kinda like a screenshot.

No, I mean like a slide show of pictures but doesnt show if you want to play it, its automatically.

uhmm.... use windows movie maker and if you can figure out how to export it at a gif. then it repeats over and over.

Windows movie maker is built into every XP and Vista. Just go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Entertainment

Windows movie maker should be found around that spot :D
