Alright, I know you all don't think I care about what you think most of the time - and you're right. But now I'm going to set aside a week where I'd truly like some opinions of me - as a person or a mod. Just kind of want to know what I'm doing well and what I'm failing at miserably.

My fellow mods- if there is flaming in this thread against me, leave it. If it's against someone else, delete it. If there's language, let the censor catch it. This is the communities chance to vent their true feelings about me. (Doesn't hesitate to do it yourself.)

If you aren't comfortable putting your opinion out in the public, that's fine, send me a pm. I'm not going to argue with anything in this thread, just want to know where I can improve.

I'd prefer you keep your language clean, but I'm no more perfect than you.

If I just suck as a person all around, that's alright to point out too.

I'm sorry that me giving you a inf that would ban any normal person for one day banned you for 14 because of your previous infractions, but the other infractions were from other mods, so it's not my fault.

Sharpy, I think you have always been a great mod and a good friend (well I don't really know you too much but I'm going to start trying too). You are on quite a bit and do a good job of keeping forums and the Chat room under control. Keep up the good work, don't worry about other people saying you're strict, they're probably just mad cuz you kicked them sometime for a justified reason.

Anyway, mods aren't supposed to be nice, but you are anyways so I think you're really cool and keep up the good work D:
