I had the same problem, took a bunch of different things for advice and one worked...

New account, but not just in any way, you gotta register through the FORUMS not the game, the FORUMS.

So stop making threads on it please. I just realized this.

Unfortunately i lost Kris18 this way... now im KRISL8. dangit.
