As you can see thats the loading screen from pawn in the background of teh stage,
i just got a double kill, and then i thought that saying loading party time and taking a ss would be funny XD

Didnt actually "Cut" it.

It was a major lag,
And i didnt know but thanks for spoiling my fun puff.

It only happens when you reload your computer or clear your cache. Then the precentage bar loads up and when you enter games it'll be there untill you log out. It is pretty fun to have.:D
