what do you guys say if I change it to:
1st - 1.5 points

? it seems more fair.. seriously, the double points for 1st is wayy overdoing it xD if not, then it's cool I guess.

No I didn't First Place gets 3 times the points of Third Place, Second Place is still double Third Place.

If you want it as small as possible though, how about?
