Interesting =) IMO, Screw trying to make it look like smoke or anything =P Just keep adding more detail/fx, it's looking cool. maybe some more liquify.. don't know =P. desides that, give it some better lighting and depth.

Hehehe sketchz if you got ps smudging and liquifying would be better :)

Try to add a texture on multiply on 100% to try to add some darkness/texture to the smoke though.
