Change Introductions to Introductions/Farewells

Yeah, good idea, this would get rid of a lot of unwanted spam. Only problem is, no one really checks those threads, so people might miss one of ther friends saying goodbye, though I doubt they wouldn't tell them beforehand that they were leaving.

Anyways I want to support this suggestion again as it will keep annoying noobs posting their farewells in Pawn Discussion when no one really cares about the person.
