yes youn can file for a clam on ebay. I myself am an ebay seller, and buyer, i have 100% feedback rating also, but i did buy an xbox 360 on ebay, but the seller was fraud, so i filed a claim, you do that by not leaving feedback or going to your won items and click report item as not recieved, then you go through the process of filing usually by paypal, but then if you didnt do it through paypal ebay and trust can take care of it, its easy and it gets the job done, so i suggest filing for a claiml.

Midnight you better hurry with the lawsuit. The statue of limitations only allows claims to be fired on items up to 5 years ago. But I suggest you wait no longer than 2 years. if you do you will have trouble proving your case.

Ebay: Good if you aren't a retard and raise the price trying to deter people from bidding, find new items in slightly used conditions with a cheaper price, get like 15 video games for 10 bucks
Bad: if you're buying a 2 dollar book, and spend 15 dollars on shipping, suck at typing (put in bid as 500 instead of 50, slow typer : 5...........1......aw crap price changed)

I got a really good deal on a laptop. I received it but will never do it again because I got scared when the tracking # said it was at the mailbox place and it wasn't there gave meh a fright... If you are going to buy something of ebay buy it for cheap, no more than 50$

Yes, in my opinion, Ebay is great. Especially when you consider you don't have to pay any tax if you are buying a product in out of state :P

But you dont pay shipping when you buy instore...

Anyway, Ebay is great. Lots of great deals out there, you just need to be careful and make sure you READ THE FINE PRINT. Most people get screwed when they get sloppy and dont read what they are buying.

I dont suggest Ebay for video games or movies, because the fraud in that industry is exceptional. Same thing for buying high value watches. Better to go through an authorized dealer so you retain a warrenty and know its real.

I wouldn't recommend by any good quality consoles, or electronics off of ebay.

There will be defects, scratchs, and 75% of the time there will be uncharted problems.

True... But consider this. Well, the place where I live, if I had to go to like Best Buy, for example, it is about a 17 mile drive in this rising gas price environment. Ebay beats all that, plus the price. Also, since Ebay offers cheap "rent" for the sellers, people usually sell a lot cheaper than you buy it in store.
