Lebron needed help, and he got it. Wallace is arguably the best D-Man in the NBA, and Szerbeck will help with the outside shooting. Also picked up a solid vet in Joe Smith. Im thinking that Cleveland won this trade.

XD everyone gives so much credit to lebron james and his dunking but really hes the second or third best all-around player in the NBA behind kobe and maybe Garnett. he just flows up and down the court like its nothin.

but as for the trade well...i dont really know who had the better part of it but they did get a big pick up in ben wallace. one of the best defenders in the history of the NBA and wally will help on the perimeter but delonte west i dont like much (im a sonics fan too). but theres one thing i dont get sonics barely got anything out of this i mean really gosh!
