Hello, we're looking for good-natured, literate, responsible, and skilled people for the Pawn Graphic Crew. We are not voting for the leaders, sorry.

The Graphic Crew will be the people you can trust when you post your tags for comment. And if Blank101 agrees, we will hopefully design for the Pawn Flash Game.

This seems to be a good idea, so I'm going to go through with this. First of all, there will be NO VOTING IN PUBLIC AT ALL. Any voting will be done by the graphic crew when it gets to that.

In addition, you might want your application form.

Also, some people didn't have to file an app because I already know them, and trust them. And App is just repetition.

Fuze can be trusted. That's why he's on there. He's not that great at graphics, but he's alright. But mostly because I trust him.

The reason that an app is usually needed is because you need to get to know people. I already know most of these people.

However, if you people want everyone to apply, then we'll do that.

Some non constructive criticism is:

Constructive Criticism:

Colors of the background don't really match the colors of the render which distracts from the overall flow of the sig.

It depends, the way you put it, it would be 4. If we are doing it the correct way. Like so: 1+1*2. Then it would be 3 or 2. Going my order of operations.

God yes, though I am not harsh. I do tend to point out major and annoying flaws, and since I'm also one of the most artistically fluent, it gives me a great advantage over the normal harsh critique. inb4 don't get to full of yourself. I hate egotistical retards.

I would say it as a "judgement" of sorts. Not that should be based somewhat on opinion, but not entirely.

Moderators have additional powers to vanquish evil because they're good at it.

Graphic Crew Members, or Map Making etc. are good at what they do, and thus, um... and thus... I really can't think of a line right now. Maybe something about having an awesome power (name on a list, and words under name) to be better at what they do.

Just like a user but has a position.

I'm not sure blank would like adding 6 new moderators one of which has already been given the privilege.

Also no mods really had any say in choosing the gfx crew.

I think there should also be a rule stating that if you have been banned more then 3 times, or have had a ban longer than a week. Then you cannot apply. Cause we don't want the crew to have members who have done something bad enough to get banned for over a week.

I dont believe it should be very complicated either, just tell it to them straight and dont avoid actually telling someone they suck.

Well guys there are too many people.

Blank seems to be liking the user groups idea so were probably going to re-do apps with greb in charge.

Even if the usergroups idea doesn't happen we'll re-do apps with a set limit of people.
Why redo? We'll just sort through some people.

Or we can have a voting, and the bottom few are out?
