Heh, 1/5 seems a little extreme.

It's not bad at all. For being your first map, I'd say it's really good. It has the fast paced battle at the bottom, the open plain thing in the middle, and the more stealthy area where it's harder to hit people at the top. It incorporates all areas of battle really.

My Suggestion, however, is for future maps pick a certain area of battle (either like the bottom, middle or top) and focus an entire map around it. This is because my only true problem with this map is that it's too big. Being big is nice because it to some extent prevents masses of people in one screen, but it also takes from the fast paced nature of the game.

You also may want to put spawn points on those top platforms to force people to use them.

Alright a good few fair ratings. Just a few things to say. You were right about this map and the fast pace problem, alot of times when I set up the game it wouldn't be any good unless there was a full room. However, we used the platforms, alot of times to jump onto the enemies base (like set up). Another problem I sorta put in there was the crouchfest underground... gets really annoying trying to get through there. Thanks for rating it at least decent overall, and I'll be making more and better maps as I improve in the future...
