we need some stickies for pivot questions

i noticed that loads of people are asking questions about pivot and flash (like me :D) but i can tell that some people are getting bored of it. i couldnt put this in suggestions cos its not about pawn. anyhoo wouldnt it be a little bit more helpful if we used stickies to avoid more questions :)
also its helpful because we're lazy :D
