Open it up in PS and make it smaller. Not that hard. Save it to your pictures and then open it up on a 100x100 spreadsheet. Then resize it to fit the spreadsheet. Easy as cake.

hhhhhhholmes, May I suggest using a black BG and then after making the logo delete the layer. By doing so, you will se how it looks, so it isnt cut off.. (which looks bad..)

I do use a black bg layer. Just don't have good eyes to see if it's cut off, lol. I look at it and it looks fine to me but when I post it here, it's cut off so I kinda dislike that. Sorry if your logo's are cut off everybody, maybe I need glasses? Lol.
