I have a problem

I'm trying to post my maps on the form map thing but it says the the file is to big and I am following the guid instroctuctons on how to do a screen shot but when I edit the picture to the right hight and with it sayes the file is almost 4Xs bigger than I need.

Please guys don't leave me hanging at least tell me something
