Everyone else has gotten there rank back but me i used to be silver star but the glitch happened to me before the major one and it never got fixed i dont have a screenie to prove silver but ive atleast one to prove bronze star

Introduction
We have been having complaints about people losing their rank. This guide will help you avoid losing your rank again or regain your previous rank.

A very Common Misconception and How to not Lose your Rank
When people log-in they may see a message saying, "Stat tracking is temporarily down" and then they look at their n00b rank and scream. Do not worry because your rank is still there. However if you do play with that n00b rank your original rank will never come back. If you play while you have a n00b rank it will overwrite your old rank with the new low rank.

Example:
-+- Player1 has a star rank
-+- Player1 logs in and sees the "Stat tracking is temporarily down" message
-+- Player1 decides to play the game anyway
-+- Player1 accumulates 1000 points during that playing session
-+- That 1000 points, or Private Rank, will overwrite\replace his star rank

Therefore you should never play if you see that message.

How to Get your Rank Back
If you have a screenshot of your old rank or any other previous rank submit it to a moderator by using the private message function on the forums.

If you do not have a screenshot of your old rank or any other proof please do not whine on the forums about it, nag moderators to restore your old rank, or throw a temper tantrum. Neither of the previous will help you regain your old rank. Your best hope is to keep playing and since you will be more experienced you can get your old rank faster.

room or go in a chat room and my rank comes back
nothing to worry about so I guess people could try
that.

poe if you know what your stats are then tell a mod but you played when you had the noob bug so it wont come back unless a mod edites your rank

i lost my rank and i have 40 people that can say i was a gold star, i just ranked star and i got 1000 points so i was like 81,000, i had 8000 kills and 2930 deaths my mvp was 60 i think and i had a k/d of 2.32. can u bring all this back? i dident kill so things couldent change, ifnact when i post in forums i have a gold star even on world rank. if you dont belive me you can ask, craig,ihanbrodaha76, stinkyasp, xxxdominoxxx, and a lot of others.

i looked on pawn and did /stats giulio933 and it came this "giulio933's stats - Score 0 - Kills 0 - Deaths 0 - K/D 0 - MVP 0 - Rank 2185" that is my score but my kills and rest are gone, only the score came up
