stupid ban timer?

i have another accopunt that go0t baned for spam (dont ask) was spam booting anub or soem,thing and yelling at him at same time time(i said dont ask cuz i told ya)
and it said time remaining 1 hour
then time remaining: soon its been 2 freaking hourse since it said soon after it went down from 1 hour :/ really really anoying
