cant make new account?

thx for reading all i need is an explanation for noy being capable of makeing a new account..it screws up on my birth date?? (yes im old enough).but if there is a solution plz comment back .thank u!

sometimes the title screen does not work well with makeing account sign up very well sign up in the forums go to register in the left top corner
