One thing is for sure, sometimes your enemy has collected their Kill Coins and has out beaten you with a better gun and continues to make more, well not to worry, and you can make your weapons last longer, make more kills, and make yourself die less.
What you have to do is simply choose a style that fits your type of player;
1. Sniper/Camper
1a. Most of the time useful if you enemy doesn't notice where you are so his eyes must search for you. The way to successfully pull this off is to wait for the enemy has entered your sights, aim for the head, and keep firing until you see that your name has appeared that you have killed him (If lag occurs, it may cause the enemy to move in frames, and it is very hard to track him.).
1b. The second way to pull this off is to use a silenced weapon, like the Mac-11 silenced which only costs 4 Kill Coins, because there isn't a flash on silenced bullets, the enemy won't be as aware of where you are firing from for about 1/2 more of a second, that half a second can make the difference of +10 and -3 points.
1c. The final way to make your bullets count is to; once you have applied step 1 or 2, then after you have killed you enemy, change to another spot to sit in, this way when your enemy respawns and has entered your area of map, he may think that you are still in the same spot that you were in before when really, you are in a different spot before.
Recommended Weapons
-Mac-11 (silenced)
-UMP .45
-P90
-G36C
-MK.1 Proto Gun (I demote the use of this gun with this tactic, because of very slow fire rate and you may get killed if 2 or more enemies enter the area.)
Way to Counter this;
When you enter the map area, very quickly search for enemies or follow other team mates and watch where they shoot.
2. Peek-a-Boo
2a. This tactic along with good timing and/or a slow fire weapon can hurt the enemy and save you health, to pull this off you need a weapon that doesn't fire too fast (no faster than the UMP .45) this even works better with a Shotgun such as the Benneli or the L2K. Simply use your Weapon and a side of a Session Level and quickly move between the sides and fire your Weapon the side that you enemy is on, you make kills and it makes the enemy harder to shoot at you. Keep doing this until you somehow get hurt down to 50-60 health left or you sun out of ammo, then go refill.
Recommended Weapons
-Desert Eagle
-Benneli
-Abraham L2K
-MK.1 Proto Gun (I demote the use of this Weapon with this tactic, because of the very slow firing rate.)
Way to Counter this;
Try to wait it out until the enemy has stopped or he has gone to refill, use this little morsel of time to get very close the next area of map, and if you get there in time before he comes back you may be able to kill him before he refills or kill him after in the Element of Surprise.

3. The Constant Re-filler
3a. The way that seems to be the most popular way it this probably because of plentiful Points and lack of "no ammo". The way to pull this favorite tactic off is to make your Kill Coins early, because if you don't the enemy may get the upper hand, and start you get kill after kill. If you have gotten the Kill Coins ready (About 5) then use this money to buy the Mac-11 Silenced or the USP Automatic. When you work up your Kill Coins to about 7, buy the UMP .45, the MP5, or the Desert Eagle, then once you have one of these powerfully cheap Weapons, you have the obvious right to own anyone who doesn't posses this wonderful greatness and savor its virtue. Once you have collected your first refill (meaning you now have 10 kills) save this money until you run low on ammo or health. Soon make your way to 14 Kill Coins, and if you are impatient to earn 2 more, buy your self the Colt M4 (or M4A1 Carbine) in the Auto tab. Then when you have that 2 more Kill Coins, buy the P90; fast and powerful, this expensive luxury has been dawned on your hard work, it’s a little inaccurate in full long rang, but will make up for it with power that can saw through the enemy even with body shots. Now you can really chew up the players, and earn Kill Coins much faster. Do not buy another weapon unless you have more that 18 Kill Coins and at least 6 more after the 18, because if you like head shots or slow but powerful Weapons then you should buy the G36C, or the L-85. Then when you have at least 40 Kill Coins or more change to one of the Heavy Weapons. After all this keep earning money and stick with the Weapons mentioned.
Recommended Weapons (based on Kill Coins ranges, buy them at the amount you have that is stated.)
-Mac-11 silenced (5)
-Desert Eagle (7)
-UMP .45 (7)
-MP5 (7)
-Colt M4 (14)
-P90 (16)
-G36C (24)
-L-85 (24)
-M-29 (40)
-MK.48 (35)
-MK.1 Proto Gun (40)
Way to Counter this;
Quite simple, perform this tactic against you enemy and you should be set for your advantage.
Some quotes if you don’t get it;
"The way my enemy swings his sword is his weakness."~ Chinese Samurai of the Ying Dynasty
"Fight Fire with Fire."~ It must have come from someone smart.
"We must mimic our opponent to learn what they do and strike when they are doing there weakness and when we acknowledge that weakness."~ A General in the American Revolution.
Some lesser tactics
Rapid Fire Killer- Use a weapon that fires fast and can make good head and body shots.
Recommended Weapons
-P90 (Full on, no regrets, Make me my dinner! Weapon)
-Mac-11 Silenced (shh...Don't wake the baby.)
-MK.48 (the Hot Knife that cuts through Cold Butter.)
-G36C (nice, compact, powerful, cool, pro, best ownage you ever got with a gun, Assault Rifle.)
Way to Counter this;
Try to perform tactic 2 or 3
Head Shot Killer- use head shot guns to quickly end your enemies’ life.
Recommended Weapons
-Desert Eagle (umm...what did you call me? "BANG")
-L-85 (The Sniper/Assault Rifle)
-M 29 (Lethal Injection of liquid Potassium, used on people who have been sent to death by Court decision and Law.)
Way to Counter this;
Perform the Rapid Fire Killer tactic, with the high rate of fire it may take him out before you.
If I missed a tactic you use and you can convince me that it makes your rank, I’ll add it for you.
