You can either make them yourself, or request one to be made for you.
If you want to make one yourself, I'd recommend using PhotoShop.

It's not called a siggeh. It's either a sig, or a signature.
And it doesn't have to be in cool pictures, they can be made yourself. If you're a newb at GFX, i recommend you use MS paint to start out. Then move into Gimp/Photoshop. However, Gimp sucks.
