Guide do make USERBARS

Start gimp

go to "File" Then "New"

Create a 350x19

Use your brushes with random colors (Red,black,white,yellow) But don't use them all! atleast 2. EXTRA: Use some pattern

Go to "File","Open..." and find your preferred pic/render

Copy and paste the render on your userbar background (Don't forget do resize it)

Finally add your name and go to Filters > Decor > Add border...

Good but brief and lacks effects/fonts.
it isn't a real userbar without the effects and fonts and scanlines.

The thing is, you have to use really pixelated fonts with black borders. It's easy to do with gimp, but a bit harder to do with paint.net. HOWEVER, no beginner could just figure out how to make black bordered fonts on their own.
Tutorials have to explain everything they need, not just the core basics.
