Help me make a GIF picture (animation)

i have a adobe ImageReadyCS2 and a AdobePhotoshopCS2.... if anyone has that program, and knows how to make a animation/GIF than help me!!!

i click animation, and than what than? sooo confusing, and my people won't help me, (so much for other sucky game forums)

theres another way to make a gif,ive done it thousands of times??
download pivot, remove the stickfigure fomr the animation, then as the background,put the photos or pics you want in, the click next frame,and then with each new frame,put the next pic in as the background =D
