Not sure if it has been suggested before but here goes.
I'm sure we have all experienced at least once where were in A standoff with another player, and both of you fire, yet only one person dies. It just seems strange that if you both had say, Deagles and both of you fire at each other, that only one person dies while the other person, despite being hit in the head, lives because he managed to shoot faster, totally neutralizing your bullet all together after killing you.
I could be wrong, and it could actually still apply, if not I personally think it would be A good idea as it Doesn't seem too unreasonable.
