The new one is different
And if you look at any other MP3 player, they almost all have the same type "skin"
And believe me, the iPod wasnt the first one to have that style

I'm undecided tbh, iPods are pretty cool, but I cant choose between one another because I havent messed with a Zune yet.

It depends on how you copy it, if yo copy it EXACTLY TO THE T it is illegal (aka with the name ipod on it etc) but if you change a little, we will use the "VII" in this case, it is not.

yeah i seen the new Zunes and they look a tad better, the other ones are ugly and fat.
