I don't think that noob ranks are bad, all playing were noob ranks too. We must treat everyone equally skill is skill, i have played against some noob ranks before, and they had skill. Rank doesn't matter it is whether you play well enough to deserve your rank, unlike hackers who go in to a room kill everyone and leave without playing. Eventually noob rankers will get good ranks too. i was a noob rank before too. So i don't know why some people make fun of noob ranks. I hope that after reading this those people will change their minds about noob ranks.
