Buyable Silencers

I know there are guns that come with silencers, but there are just two. Shouldn't we be able to get silencers for certain guns (G36C, AK-47, P90, etc.)? It would make it easier to kill someone without an army attacking you.

I don't really see the benefit of silenced guns other than less noise but I could always turn the volume down.

It makes bullets invisible, so nearby enemies that you can't see won't hone in on you.
