a few easy steps my friend.

1. use the print screen button at the top of your keyboard when the desired image is on your moniter.

2. go to microsoft paint or any similar program and paste the image.

3. save the aforementioned image onto your computer

4. upload the saved image to either a photobucket or imageshack account.

5. once uploaded copy the [IMG] code and paste it onto a thread.
