I like the FX and texture, but i'm not liking the lightning... Looks too forced.

Lightning method:

Layer>New layer> 200 px brush>ONEEEE click of it>Soft light>turn opacity down

Lol, that's a form of lighting, like a border. It''s not THE best. There is no best. It depends on the signatures.
