I kind-a like it to be honest. I really love the border too. First its a 3pixel White-transparent border, then I added a 2 pixel black border.
One of my first stock sigs so, rate/hate....gate...ate....mate...date...whatever...... .

I actually loved the white bar, intentional or not, it put a frame around that crown thingy which really added to the sig.

well i dunno it has a couple things wrong with it. One: Sharpen up the background. Your focal point is extremely sharp but the background is blurred slightly. Two: that white bar is just... sitting there. It just looks weird, delete it and 3: your text that you put in was too plain in color. I think you should have had text to match the LOVE thing on the side and put it in a corner somewhere, to make it blend into it as part of the pic. Overall, when i look at it its just not an eye catcher, though the focal point couldnt be more perfect than it is, 7/10 and thats being lenient
Bad tag, the colors are bad, the text is horrible, the focal doesn't stand out, the border is blah, and the random squares look bad.
Read some tutorials.
