I live in a tiny town in Kansas called McLouth... Recently 10-10-07 after we had gotten 1 inch of snow, it started to Ice Rain, No not hail, Rain that froze instantly when it hit the roads, trees, powerlines, rooftops, and everything else... hundreds of tree limbs and thousand of tree branches fell, alot onto powerlines. Thus causeing a major blackout, but at first partial blacking, with over 12 major power lines down in McLouth, 25% of the town has FULL power, 50% has PARCIAL power and the other 25% has absolutly NO power, except those who bought Generators... KPNL people, people who fix powerlines, game McLouth its Percetage of power show above back, then was forced to move to other fully blackedout towns...Not being able to fix the school...
