Try using better renders.

Also if you can get gimp on my opinion it makes a better quality sig and it is still fairly easy to use.

Also not everything goes with the fire effects lol.

Also try blending your text and/or using better fonts for your text.

Also there a little big.

I prefer paint.net cause it gives a challenge, and it is a smaller download(this computer probably couldn't handle GIMP, it can barely handle pawn), so far it works perfectly and looks great, so i'm not switching any time soon, and for the fonts and text, i'm looking for some.

You will get better within time, And yeah It is a bit big..
