Need Biking Help Pls

So... a cpuple of days ago i was biking at my cottage on the road. Then all of a sudden my rear tire stops moving. I look at it and i see that its rubbing against my frame and its uneven. So i kick it to tray and makeit straight but it doesnt do anyithing. Then my dad comes and he sees that my frame by my rear gears snapped into. This was my third year riding my bike and the frame had a 5 year warantie. So i took it back and i got a refund because it couldnt be fixed and my frame was alluminum.

So now i need to get a new bike and i need a guide. Can someone please give me a guide on buying bikes. Post it here or give me the link. I do a lot of downhill and a lil bit of freeride.

They are hella tuff, you will never break them... Plus who gets to say they got a bike with disc brakes? lol.

my bike had disk brakes and disc brakes are better than normal brakes because they stop better in water and mud and they dont ruin the wheel... and y would i need a police bike if im not an officer??
