how do i get a picture below my name.So that in the forums people can see a picture below my name on the left.

That is called an avatar. In the upper-right hand corner click on "User CP" then "Edit Avatar". Follow the instuctions there....

Eric, I would like to add that the picture has to be small. it cannot be a picture you would use in your sig. (below messages). Thanks.
