it says " logging in..." after i put my user and pass and it doesn't take to lobby

it said " logging in..." for minutes; it didn't take me to the lobby at all. it just got stuck by " logging in..." so i typed my other account and it took me to lobby in seconds. why? i need your help

At first i was thinking lagging but after reading full post I was lost. I had no clue. Try it again, if it dosen't help I don't know what to say. post more info than '' it just says logging in..'' wish u luck.
