need help ranking up

i am a good player but i want to get my rank up but i cant can someone help me? though i have one problem with doing that. i'm affraind someone would mess up or delete my acount. can someone help me?

Make sure you are in ladder games (yellow ladder symbol) and not custom (blue C symbol) and get 1000 points. You have 9 at the moment. You get 10 points for a kill and lose 3 points for a death.

press K and then type or L and then type /stats "who ever you are looking up"

sounds to me like you want someone to play on your account, NOOB get your kills yourself.
