Hidden Moderators...

Hiddin, Undercover, Secret, whatever you wanna call it, but people act all jackassish then they see a Mod and become all -I luv u too- So make it to where it seems like a normal player, but still has all the privaliges of a normal Moderator, just without the hammer Icon, so they can keep their identaty on the down-low it wont say (Soap was kicked by (Moderator)(spam Major)) it will just say "Soap was kicked for Spam Major"

Hell me being a user and saying things in red text is pretty fun it freaks people out lol :p

Then if they can't keep their secrets their Mod power will be revoked, anybody who turns in a Secret Mod will increase their chances of become a mod...maybe??

I believe that mods already have the ability to go undercover. Hell, they can do pretty much anything else.

I believe that hiding any new moderators may cause some mod impersonation here and there if that's the case, so I don't like this :(

Mods should have the ability to have a private "Mod" Chat and the ability to be "invisible."

I've seen Bean, Firstmate, and Sharpy doing this already
They will talk with the white name text but still have the mod abilities
Confused me when I saw beanie with that few days ago...thought he was demodded but said other wise with his red text

have you noticed less people spamm and swear/flame when they can actually see a moderator...if you can't see them on the list in the chatroom most people tend to think they can do whatever they want since there aren't any mods.

@Xtal Yes you are right, but people who dont flame and swer near mods most likely say that stuff ingame. so with hidden mods we could catch the multi-flamers. Also we could catch the ingame flamers with no mods around!

It doesnt matter, just ignore the people who say i love you to the mod, you're not a mod so why do you care, if the mod gets mad at the person they can boot them for harrassment. It really isn't your choice, also less people flame/spam/speak different languages, when they see there is a mod in the room, also mods can be hidden so they dont appear in the lobby I've seen jake1337 kick people without him being seen in the lobby.

1) Koheran the mods can be in the chatroom under their name without the hammer but still hold the mod ability...not just ninja mode.
2) If people do talk in different languages into the chat room the mods can boot them after telling them to speak english for failure to cooperate because the rules state to speak english only

Mods have the power to turn "invisible" meaning users cant tell when were on watching the chat but other mods and admins can. Its kinda complicated but thats the jist of it.

maybe if a secret mod is turned it they lose mod powers and get temporarily suspended from the game, and if you turn in a mod that wasnt even a mod, they get banned, though i think that will be abused so they have to turn in a screeny that shows him/her saying that, though ppl have paint so... I GIVE UP

Speaking of "there will be to many moderator impersinations" if you get offered to be a Secret Mod, your not going to go tell people your a Mod, then you'll get your powers revoked.

blanks game but i'd like to know if mods could like have a thing where only their friends can see them and their friends can like msg him if hes online so nubs wont find out mods are there and spamers will spam and be caught
