They removed it from Gimp 2.4 the jerks...

Now you have do find it yourself why gimptalk.com

ya, finally found out what they did, -.- they put them all in filters, but still, the Rippling isnt even ripples anymore, i can make my groovy effect -.- all it gives me is some ghetto 3 centimeter invulsions
