Can't log in

I'm not sure if this is a bug. But I've never been able to log in since I've made this account. It isn't anything to do with the computer because my brother plays on this computer all the time. Suggestions please?

Note: I can play on my brother's alternate, but I want my own account.

Sorry, it just says Logging in forever, I even left for like 20mins and came back and it still said it.

I would keep logging in and waiting. That's the only thing we can do.
