Here is my guide to posting pictures, wether to put in your sig, avatar, in chat lobby, or in just plain forums. (rough draft will edit)
We will be going over how to;
Put pictures/animations into you avatar
Put pictures/animations into lobby
Put pictures/animations into signiture
Put pictures/animations into plain chat, as a link or just as is
0. First of all, you will need to get an account on Photobucket.com : this is recommended, becuase it is simple to use and it is easy to familiarize yourself with it. So before you go on, get an account on www.photobucket.com its free, don't worry.
0.5 How to print screen/save/upload, and etc:: To print screen there is a button located by the top right hand corner saying Print Screen/SysRq (as illustarted in the picture)

Once you have clicked that, it is copied (the equal to right clicking something and clicking "copy" same principle) Open paint and press Ctrl+V (as illustrated in the picture)

The picture will appear, and you can edit it as you please. When you are done adding text, etc or whatever save it to a folder you can easily access. When you are done, open you photobucket account. You will see a space bar where you can enter the picture info manually (not advised) and a browse button, where you scroll to the picture manually (highly advised, and more practical) Now access the folder that you saved the picture to. You can upload 3 pictures at a time, though it is faster to take them one at a time. when you have found the picture, click ok and it will be a listed. Then click upload, and presto! When it is uploaded (time to do so may vary), there will be a list of codes (IMG code, HTML code etc). IMG code is what you use to paste into your signiture, avatar, posts etc. This is very important: You must get ALL of the code copied or else it will not work. ALL of it. Easy to do also, just click all the way to the left of the code, hold and drag to the right. Then right click, then click copy. This is how you paste it to signiture, avatars etc etc blah blah blah. Then just right click and paste wherever you please. This does NOT mean spam the lobby or forums with it. You could get infractioned or banned.

1. Putting pictures into your avatar; Avatars are small graphics that are displayed under your username whenever you post. The max size for a avatar is 100 x 100 pixels, or 19.5 KB, whichever is smaller (as you will see in plain print when you go to edit your avatar) If you have found an avatar that complies, please continue. If you wish to see if it complies with the rules, right-click on the target picture and go down to properties (click it) and it will show you what size it is, its filename etc. All you need to do is to click browse, then find the picture you wish to use. It has to be a compatible with forum specs, however (example its not going to be an IMG)

2. Put pictures into your signiture; Signitures are easy to edit: all you have to do is to copy the IMG code, then paste it into the signiture-edit block, and presto! There are points when you try to put them into a certain order, and they come out weird. You may have to resize them (photobucket will let you do so, but when you make it small, you can't make it bigger so choose wisely) Now get thee IMG code (as explained earlier) and paste it into you signiture block. Thats it! Easy as pie (yum pie im hungry)

3. Putting pictures into posts in forums and in lobby: Warning: DO NOT SPAM LOBBY WITH PICTURE LINKS, YOU WILL BE INFED AND OR BANNED! posting in lobby is simple, just paste the IMG code (recommended) into chat bar and enter. Agian, presto! To put into forums, same thing, just paste the complete IMG code and it will automatically show the picture for you. If you want it to be a link to the picture, you just copy the address from above and paste it into the button (a little world symbol with a chain) when posting in forums.
