You can find it on the site, and some other posts around here. However if you want to use it without the 30-day trial, you'd be better off paying the $600 for full.

Meh, if you want to make games, Game maker, mmorpgs? Playerworlds, wanna make animations? Easytoon for black and white, freeform cartoons(recommended) or pivot for limited(lines and circles, no curves) cartoons(recommended for newbies to animation)
If you want all of these things put together to make a sweet program with a much steeper learning curve, Flash is the way to go :)

Well, for games, I use GameMaker 6.

Better version, I think, and I'm using it with a friend for REVIVAL.

For Flash, I think MX had something in the registry you could edit to get a XXXXXX-day trial...

I also like the view of your game, I saw that through your pic of a walking guy unarmed
