For any of you who own a TV you might have heard that Stephan Colbert of the Colbert Report said that he is "...running for the office of the President of the United States, in the state of South Carolina..." Well, turns out he might end up going to prison instead. I guess we can thank Doritos and Comedy Central.

He MIGHT go to prison for pretending to run in the elections, but since he is that won't happen.

But it's not for him to decide. He filled out the forms, and has a TV show. If he runs he might win. No crap. And he could do so spending only a fraction of the money as any of the other polititians.


Plus it's up to the commitee to decide if he is actually meaning this as a joke, or if he is actually breaking the law.
